  • Shipping in the EU 
  • Artworks: Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork and the destination. All artworks are securely packaged and shipped via DHL or Jumingo in a protective art box.

    Within Germany

    • Small & medium artworks (up to approx. 50×50 cm)10 €
    • Larger artworks (from approx. 50×70 cm): 50 €

    Within the EU

    • Small & medium artworks (up to approx. 50×50 cm)17 €
    • Larger artworks (from approx. 50×70 cm): 75 €
    • free Shipping for the Home Decor Collection
  • Jewelry: Free shipping at 50 EUR in Germany and in the EU at 70 EUR

Returns 

  • Right of withdrawal (consumers)
    If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Details and the online withdrawal function can be found here:

  • Return shipping costs
    Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping.
  • Condition of returns
    Please return items in their original condition. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Important: personalised / custom-made items
    Personalised items and custom-made commission work are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal (where legally applicable).
  • Shipping damages: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to note the damage and take photos of the outer box, inner packaging and the item. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery by email and include the photos. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
    Note: This does not affect your statutory rights; late notice may, however, make claims with the carrier more difficult.
