Lagoon Light
Lagoon Light
Where does your mind go when it is allowed to wander? Blue is the color of distance in color psychology – it makes even a small surface read wide.
The whole canvas is covered in soft layers of aqua and white. Warm copper flecks come through from underneath, like sun on sand beneath shallow water.
In landscape at 21 × 30 cm it opens up a shelf, a console or a bathroom niche. The cobalt frame deepens the aqua, and the copper tones link it to brass, terracotta and warm wood.
