Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to note the damage and take photos of the outer box, inner packaging and the item. Please contact me within 7 calendar days of delivery by email and include the photos.Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
